About The Position
Offit Kurman is seeking a Litigation Associate or Counsel to join our Wilmington office and support a dynamic, multi-practice litigation team. This is a great opportunity for an attorney who enjoys hands-on litigation work and wants to contribute to a collaborative, growing platform. This attorney will play a key role in supporting our team across Labor & Employment, Commercial Litigation, and Construction matters. The position is highly substantive and offers meaningful courtroom and case management experience.
Requirements
- 4+ years of litigation experience
- Strong experience with motions practice, court appearances, and depositions
- Barred in Delaware (PA bar is a plus)
- Ability to work in-office in Wilmington, DE
- Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- PA bar is a plus
Responsibilities
- Handle litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Manage discovery and take/defend depositions
- Appear in court for hearings and conferences
- Work closely with partners across multiple practice groups
