About The Position

PCSI is looking for an Electrician Maintenance at its San Antonio (Camp Bullis) Site! Performs electrical installation, maintenance and repair of facility electrical systems. This position will report to the Project Manager and is based at Camp Bullis in San Antonio. Typical work hours will be Monday-Friday from 7:30 am- 4:30pm. What You'll Do as an Electrician Maintenance: Perform electrical installation, maintenance and repair of facility electrical systems. Coordinate maintenance and repair activities in support of facility goals. Install, troubleshoot, test, repair and maintain all electrical systems and devices including low and high voltage systems. Install, inspect, adjust, test, maintain and repair electrical wiring systems, related switches, distribution panels and outlet boxes and a wide variety of electrical fixtures. Repair electrical equipment that will require maintenance and repair such as electrical switch boxes, lighting circuits, branch and transfer circuits, HVAC fans and switches, fire alarm systems, rheostats and related shop equipment. Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble and install conduit, inserts, splicing and connecting wire to fixtures, outlets, switches, receptacles and power sources. Work with electrical circuits that include voltage up to 600 volts and 3 phase circuits. Responsible for all service and preventive maintenance work orders scheduled and assigned. Must adhere to general safety plan, assist in material handling and equipment usage, and operate general construction equipment on site. Assist area personnel and complete special assignments as needed. What You'll Need: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of four (4) years of prior experience working as a Journeyman electrician or related experience Requires valid Electrical license and knowledge of national and local electrical codes.
