Responsibilities
- Perform electrical maintenance and machine support tasks to keep equipment operational and minimize downtime.
- Adhere to and promote Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and craftsmanship through attention to detail and adherence to quality procedures.
- Provide feedback and perform preventive maintenance to prevent equipment failures and extend machinery lifespan.
- Identify and reduce manufacturing constraints, solve problems, and improve processes to enhance overall efficiency.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance quality, safety, and productivity.
- Communicate effectively with team and support teams to ensure smooth operations and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Engage in training and personal development to enhance skills and support business goals.
