This role involves the installation, calibration, and maintenance of instrumentation and electrical equipment within the tank farm, as well as other assigned tasks that personnel can safely perform. The position requires a strong understanding of electrical principles and the ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of electrical equipment. The individual will also be responsible for configuring and commissioning new equipment, interpreting technical drawings, and utilizing computer software for data management. Safety is paramount, and the role includes performing Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), adhering to Electrical Safe Work Practices (NFPA 70E), and determining appropriate PPE based on arc flash potential. The job also involves operating mobile equipment, using test equipment, and performing physically demanding tasks in various environmental conditions.
