About The Position
This is a temporary position for an experienced Electrician to join a team that manufactures products like red SOLO cups and foam take-out containers. The role involves ensuring high-speed manufacturing lines operate at full power by working with PLCs, industrial controls, microprocessor systems, and complex circuits to troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade plant equipment and facility systems. Requirements
- 5 years of experience in diagnosing and repairing electrical equipment or machinery, or comparable experience with trade school or training.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in reading/writing wiring diagrams, programming PLCs, and a basic understanding of NEC.
- Knowledge of electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, and temperature and pressure gauges.
- Familiarity with a variety of tools and the ability to troubleshoot basic problems.

- Other electrician levels can be considered for candidates with more experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, install, and repair equipment, electrical systems and facility electrical systems.
- Utilize electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, and temperature and pressure gauges.
- Maintain and utilize maintenance systems for work orders, breakdown reporting and track machine modifications.
- Diagnose malfunctioning apparatus such as transformers, motors, and light fixtures. Replace damages or broken components.
- Troubleshoot electrical equipment.
