Requirements

5-7 years of solid electrical experience within the Commercial and/or Industrial sector(s).
Strong understanding of safety procedures, regulatory codes, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
Highly proficient in electrical equipment installation.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work methodically and meticulously.
Keen eye for details.
Strong physical capabilities including lifting equipment, operating machinery, standing for extended periods, working in confined spaces, and working indoors/outdoors in various weather conditions.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. minimum.
Completion of vocational/trade/technical school or an apprenticeship (e.g., IEC) is a plus, or a combination of practical experience and classroom instruction.

Responsibilities

Installs, repairs, and performs maintenance on Commercial and Industrial electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures.
Troubleshoots and repairs electrical systems.
Performs specialized electrical tasks, including wiring, lighting installations, and upgrading electrical infrastructure.
Performs wire pulling, demonstrating knowledge of basic voltage colors and panel numbering.
Efficiently bends conduit, capable of installing and bending over 100 feet of conduit per day without assistance.
Installs electrical equipment precisely according to blueprints and technical diagrams.
Utilizes analytical skills to review and interpret drawings on work orders.
Uses hand tools, power tools, testing devices, and diagnostic equipment.
Identifies and resolves technical issues.
Communicates clearly to others on what to do and how to execute tasks.
Works methodically and meticulously to prevent errors, ensuring quality and maintaining safety.
Provides exceptional service to clients.
