About The Position

Milacron is seeking an Electrical Operator to join the Injection Main Assembly team in Batavia, Ohio. The role involves wiring machines, equipment, and subassemblies according to layouts, electrical circuits, and written or verbal specifications. The position is identified as second shift.

Requirements

• High school diploma with 3 to 5 years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrate personal leadership and actively participate in or lead problem-solving and continuous-improvement efforts.
• Demonstrate flexibility in high-stress or emergency situations, when priorities change, or when assigned new work.
• Working knowledge of standard hand tools.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; alternatively, 3 to 5 years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Read, comprehend, and interpret wiring diagrams.
• Understand and support company philosophies, goals, and directions, including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 policies and procedures.
• Report labor correctly and in a timely manner.
• Safely apply material-handling processes.
• Produce quality work within time frames set by Team/Group Leads.
• Set an example for departmental or area standards in housekeeping, attendance, and teamwork.
• Use standard hand tools.
