We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor for our Integration team to lead the layout, installation, and modification of electrical and communication systems for advanced manufacturing equipment. In this critical role, you’ll oversee all electrical activities—from system-level planning and material coordination to hands-on troubleshooting and repair. You’ll supervise both in-house electricians and contract personnel, ensuring projects stay on track and meet safety, quality, and timeline goals. Working closely with the Plant Manager and Supply Chain, you’ll help define electrical components, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement across the department. Requirements

  • 3+ years leading and supervising electricians or similar skilled professionals
  • Extensive knowledge of high voltage, low voltage and communication in a manufacturing environment
  • Background in integration of automated assembly systems with specific knowledge of mechanical and electrical build requirements
  • Expertise in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and quality systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to sites in USA, Canada and Mexico.

Nice To Haves

  • Electrical Journeyman’s card or Technical Certification preferred
  • Weld systems knowledge is a plus.
