About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor for our Integration team to lead the layout, installation, and modification of electrical and communication systems for advanced manufacturing equipment. This role involves overseeing all electrical activities, including system-level planning, material coordination, hands-on troubleshooting, and repair. The supervisor will manage both in-house electricians and contract personnel, ensuring projects meet safety, quality, and timeline objectives. Collaboration with the Plant Manager and Supply Chain is key for defining electrical components, managing resources, and driving departmental continuous improvement. We are looking for a strong communicator, a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, safety-first environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years leading and supervising electricians or similar skilled professionals.
  • Extensive knowledge of high voltage, low voltage, and communication in a manufacturing environment.
  • Background in integration of automated assembly systems with specific knowledge of mechanical and electrical build requirements.
  • Expertise in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and quality systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be flexible to work at Paslin locations (Hoover, 10-Mile, or Cherry Creek) as needed for extended periods.
  • Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to sites in USA, Canada, and Mexico.

Nice To Haves

  • Electrical Journeyman’s card or Technical Certification preferred.
  • Weld systems knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities
