About The Position

Augment Professional Services (APS) is seeking experienced Electrical Superintendents to support field execution of major electrical construction activities within a large-scale advanced manufacturing environment. The Electrical Superintendent will provide field leadership for electrical installation, coordinate crews and subcontractors, monitor safety, quality, schedule, and productivity, and ensure electrical construction activities are completed in accordance with project drawings, specifications, codes, and client requirements. This role requires a hands-on construction leader capable of managing multiple work fronts within a fast-paced project environment.

Requirements

  • Significant electrical construction experience in industrial, commercial, or advanced manufacturing environments.
  • Previous electrical superintendent, general foreman, or senior field leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of electrical construction methods.
  • Ability to interpret electrical drawings, one-lines, specifications, and installation details.
  • Understanding of NEC requirements and electrical safety practices.
  • Experience coordinating crews, subcontractors, schedules, and construction priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of conduit, cable tray, wiring, equipment installation, grounding, and electrical distribution.
  • Ability to manage multiple work fronts simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • Journeyman or Master Electrician background.
  • Experience on semiconductor, battery, automotive, data center, cleanroom, or large industrial projects.
  • Experience with self-perform electrical construction.
  • OSHA 30 certification.
  • Experience supporting commissioning and electrical system turnover.
  • Previous work on high-value EPC or owner-led capital programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily field execution of electrical construction activities.
  • Coordinate electricians, foremen, subcontractors, and supporting trades.
  • Plan work activities based on schedule priorities and available resources.
  • Review drawings, specifications, installation details, and construction packages.
  • Monitor electrical installation quality and compliance.
  • Coordinate conduit, cable tray, feeders, equipment, panels, grounding, controls, and associated systems.
  • Identify field conflicts and coordinate resolutions with engineering and construction management.
  • Conduct site walks and track installation progress.
  • Support inspections, testing, commissioning, punch-list completion, and turnover.
  • Maintain strong safety expectations and enforce project requirements.
  • Provide progress updates and identify schedule or productivity risks.
