The Superintendent - Electrical is responsible for field operations in assigned areas or aspects of the project. He/she ensures the work is performed in a safe, timely, profitable, and ethical manner, in accordance with contract documents, design, budget, and schedule. He/she directly supervises field labor forces and Assistant Superintendents. The Superintendent - Electrical is responsible for planning, directing, and guiding the business goals, plans, and processes for the electrical scope of work. He/She is responsible for the safe, compliant, and effective execution of electrical and instrument work.

Requirements

7+ years of being a Safety and QAQC Cultural knowledge
10+ years of proven MEP construction experience
7+ years of electrical trade specific knowledge
5+ years experience managing schedules and subcontractors, and coordinating with architectural trades
5+ years experience working with contracts and exhibits
5+ years experience with detailed planning and demonstrated ability to understand plans and specs
Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 12 years prior relevant experience

Responsibilities

Ensures the work is performed in a safe, timely, profitable, and ethical manner, in accordance with contract documents, design, budget, and schedule.
Directly supervises field labor forces and Assistant Superintendents.
Responsible for planning, directing, and guiding the business goals, plans, and processes for the electrical scope of work.
Responsible for the safe, compliant, and effective execution of electrical and instrument work.
