About The Position

Atlantic Electric, LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent for a full-time, non-traveling position in the Charleston, South Carolina area. The Superintendent will oversee electrical construction projects and ensure they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to required quality standards. Reporting to the Project Manager, this role coordinates project activities, supervises personnel, and maintains quality control throughout construction. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screen.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in electrical construction, focused on commercial and industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
• Proficiency in budgeting and cost control methods.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities.
• Manage project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure work meets specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control standards.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols.
• Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
