About The Position
Seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical construction activities on pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time completion in regulated environments.
Requirements
- 10+ years of commercial or industrial electrical construction experience.
- 5+ years as an Electrical Superintendent or Senior Foreman.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences construction is required.
- Knowledge of GMP, cleanrooms, mission-critical electrical systems, and NEC.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Nice To Haves
- OSHA 30 certification.
- CPR/First Aid certification.
Responsibilities
- Oversee electrical field operations, electricians, foremen, and subcontractors.
- Plan work schedules, manage labor and materials, and monitor productivity.
- Review electrical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, GMP, and cleanroom requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, general contractors, and clients.
- Manage inspections, troubleshooting, commissioning, and startup activities.
