Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
Licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician
In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with project management software and construction technology tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites
Selected candidate will be required to submit to a full pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the daily operations of electrical crews on construction sites
Ensure all electrical work meets industry standards, local building codes, and safety regulations
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project completion
Coordinate material orders, equipment deliveries, and manpower schedules
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
Conduct inspections of electrical systems and resolve issues as needed
Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety meetings
Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide technical guidance to field personnel
Maintain project documentation including schedules, reports, and project plans
Mentor and train apprentice electricians and crew members
