Electrical Specialist Mechanic
About The Position
The Electrical Specialist Mechanic will practice safe work habits at all times. This role requires the ability to parallel all rolls, make all required settings and adjustments for optimum equipment performance to manufacture quality products. The specialist will also demonstrate the ability to teach other maintenance classifications in all qualification requirements and proper maintenance procedures. Additionally, the role involves troubleshooting programmable controllers and repairing all A/C and D/C drives and their control systems. The ability to use all aspects of the maintenance software program and to plan and schedule maintenance work, assigning tasks to other maintenance classifications according to their abilities and limitations, is also required. The specialist will follow up on all work to ensure repairs are completed correctly.
Requirements
- Troubleshoot programmable controllers
- Troubleshoot and repair all A/C and D/C drives and their control systems
- Use all aspects of the maintenance software program
