About The Position

Mister Sparky is expanding, and we are looking for a high-energy, customer-focused Electrical Sales Specialist (Safety Advisor) to join our growing team. If you excel at building rapport with homeowners, educating clients on electrical safety, and closing high-ticket residential solutions, this is the opportunity for you. No cold calling required. You’ll be meeting with warm leads—homeowners who need options, panel upgrades, generator installs, or major rewires—backed by our trusted, nationally recognized brand.

Requirements

2+ years of successful in-home sales experience (residential trades, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, or electrical preferred).
Strong working knowledge of residential electrical systems (you don't need to be a licensed electrician, but you must understand the trade).
ServiceTitan experience is a strong plus (or high adaptability to modern iPad software).
Proven track record of closing high-ticket residential projects.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
Excellent presentation skills, clean appearance, and strong self-motivation.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough electrical safety evaluations and present clear, multi-option solutions to homeowners.
Sell panel upgrades, whole-home rewires, EV chargers, generator systems, and service enhancements.
Use ServiceTitan on an iPad to quickly build professional, visual estimate options and process orders on the spot.
Partner with our service electricians on turnover calls to convert diagnostic visits into system upgrades.
Maintain strong relationships and follow up on pending proposals to maximize conversion rates.
