About The Position
We are looking for a Sales Consultant who knows how to make customers feel comfortable, listened to, and excited about their purchase. You don’t need to be an interior designer or a lifelong salesperson — you just need the confidence to connect with people, the drive to succeed, and a genuine interest in helping customers create a home they love. Ashley Luxe is making its debut, bringing an elevated collection of furniture and décor to our customers. You’ll have the opportunity to learn the collection, become a product expert, and help introduce it to the community — but your success will go far beyond one product line.
Requirements
- Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but we’ll teach you the furniture business
- Someone who is confident, personable, and comfortable talking to just about anyone
- A competitive, self-motivated mindset
- Someone who enjoys learning and isn’t afraid to ask questions
- An appreciation for style, design, and creating a great customer experience
Responsibilities
- Connect with customers and uncover what they’re looking for
- Recommend products and solutions that fit their style, needs, and budget
- Guide customers through the entire sales process — from first conversation to closing
- Follow up with customers and build relationships that keep them coming back
- Stay knowledgeable about our products, promotions, and new collections
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
