About The Position
We’re hiring competitive, coachable sales professionals who can build trust with homeowners and confidently present solutions that improve safety and functionality in their homes. This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential for closers who can convert pre-set opportunities. The ideal candidate is a residential electrician ready to transition into sales, a high-ticket closer who wants stronger income potential, or a professional comfortable working in customers’ homes.
Requirements
- Residential electrical experience preferred (not required for strong sales backgrounds)
- 2+ years journeyman experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and closing ability
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean background & drug screen
Responsibilities
- Run 3–5 company-provided appointments daily
- Identify electrical safety concerns and present solutions
- Provide clear pricing and close sales
- Coordinate install handoff to production team
- Complete necessary permit documentation
- Communicate with operations to ensure smooth project execution
