We’re hiring competitive, coachable sales professionals who can build trust with homeowners and confidently present solutions that improve safety and functionality in their homes. This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential for closers who can convert pre-set opportunities. Your primary focus is sales and customer communication — our team supports execution.

Requirements

• Residential electrical experience
• 2+ years journeyman experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and closing ability
• Valid Driver’s License
• Clean background & drug screen

Responsibilities

• Run 3–5 company-provided appointments daily
• Identify electrical safety concerns and present solutions
• Provide clear pricing and close sales
• Coordinate install handoff to production team
• Complete necessary permit documentation
• Communicate with operations to ensure smooth project execution
