Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalent with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
Must have a strong attendance record
Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills
Must be able to work hours outside of the regular shift
Must have good mechanical aptitude
Must be able to wear a respirator

Nice To Haves

Electrical and electronic trades training or Associates degree
Read/work from drawing and schematic diagrams
Use volt-ohm meter and megger

Responsibilities

Install, trouble shoot and repair a variety of complex electrical systems and electronic devices
Keep electrical components of melt systems functioning
Perform work to National electrical code
Perform Continuous Improvement initiatives
May be required to carry out tasks not specifically listed, within the scope and skill level of this position in support of department objectives and to develop one’s skills
Adhere to CORE guidelines and perform CORE duties as required
Adhere to all EH & S guidelines, including wearing of required personal protective equipment
