Requirements

• HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US)
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains buildings/facilities.
• Performs heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning restrooms, break rooms, floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing trash.
• Maintains the exterior of the building and parking lots.
• Daily cleaning of restrooms, floors, furniture, doors, and water fountains
• Vacuum and mop hard floors and shampoo carpets
• Maintain parking lots, landscaping, emergency exits, roof drains and equipment
• Cleaning in designated powder processing/screening environments under minimal supervision
• Must Interpret and follow work instructions
• Ability to work as a team with own and outside departments
• Work well with limited supervision
• Ability to operate equipment safely once trained
• Ability to work overtime as required
• Other duties as assigned.
