Electrical Repair & Maintenance - 8th Shift (Onsite)

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Nice To Haves
- Associates Degree or 3-5 years Industrial electrical and electronics trade skills, certification, or equivalent
- Reading and interpreting wiring schematics
- Must have a strong attendance record
- Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Must be able to work hours outside of the regular shift
- Must have good mechanical aptitude
- Must be able to wear a respirator
Responsibilities
- Install, trouble shoot and repair a variety of complex electrical systems and electronic devices.
- Ability to read and work from drawing & schematic diagrams
- Must be able to use industry standard electrical measuring devices, and other job specific power tools
- Maintain industrial electronic power supply, motor controls, PLC, and transformers
- Perform work to national electrical code
- Perform continuous improvement initiatives
- May be required to carry out tasks not specifically listed, within the scope and skill level of this position in support of department objectives and to develop one’s skills
- Support the cell’s continuous improvement and all CORE and EH&S initiatives, including wearing required personal protective equipment
- Must have basic computer skills
- Call-in/overtime when required
