About The Position

MMR Constructors, Inc. is seeking experienced Electrical Quality Control Inspectors for their Data Center site in Jeffersonville, OH. This role involves ensuring adherence to quality standards throughout the construction process, including performing audits, reviewing documentation, and coordinating inspection activities. The position requires a strong understanding of industrial and commercial electrical construction, with an emphasis on quality control. Requirements

• At least 8-10 years industrial and/or commercial electrical constructor experience
• E&I quality experience
• Experience in industrial and heavy construction
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, organize, problem solve, and exercise good judgement with minimal supervision
• Ability to coordinate a variety of projects simultaneously
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility and creativity
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Able to work effectively under time pressure and/or deadline
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible, varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Regular and reliable attendance at work

Responsibilities

• Administration of the Quality Management System (QMS) outlined in the MMR PQP
• Recognize quality problems and provide solutions
• Perform periodic project jobsite audits
• Review drawings, specifications, approved RFI’s and submittals for quality requirements
• Conduct and record all MMR quality inspection and testing activities on the appropriate Inspection and Test Report’s
• Coordinate ITP audit, hold, monitor, and witness points with client, owner, engineer, etc. PRIOR TO any inspection and /or testing activities
• Perform periodic project jobsite audits, surveillances, along with other MMR supporting quality documentation
• Gather records for quality Turnover Package submission
• Attend required and refresher training related to company, vendor, and regulatory compliance
• Attend safety training as directed
• Comply with all safety and company rules and regulations
• Managing and overseeing QC Inspectors
