About The Position

Village Plumbing, Air and Electric is seeking an experienced residential service electrician with strong sales ability. The Electrical Project Manager is dispatched to residential service and maintenance calls to diagnose issues, present options, and close sales. The role completes small jobs that can be finished in one hour or less; the Install team performs other projects, with a Field Supervisor who is a Master Electrician following up on service quality. This is a straight-commission position with unlimited earning potential. Additional compensation is available for identifying opportunities for other trades, creating leads for other Village departments, enrolling customers in the Village Partner Plan, and earning five-star reviews. The company offers ongoing sales training and an above-average benefits plan.

Requirements

• Current electrical license with TDLR (Residential Wireman or higher).
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Great communication skills.
• Comfort with technology.
