About The Position

The Electrical Project Manager coordinates internal areas of the Electrical Engineering Department to develop assigned projects and manage them toward the desired financial results. The role coordinates design hardware and software, fabrication and electrical installation, robotics, technology, OLP, and simulation teams, as well as communication with other company areas to support quality and reliability. The position maintains project information and records through the PME process, including progress reports, personnel and power-source plans, and server documentation. It supports project purchasing and supplier contracting, prepares electrical concepts and purchase requests, reviews and pre-authorizes material and service requests, purchase orders, and invoices, and monitors project delivery and client satisfaction. The role also provides technical support for Electrical Calculation Department projects and sales-area ECR quotations, addresses technical or staffing gaps through supplier offers and tenders, and trains new internal or external team members. The manager uses the ASTRAS portal for supplier tenders, PM TOOL for project status reporting, and SAP for project control. Client visits may be required to support activities, sales for new projects, and issue resolution, including release of draft electrical protocols for customer acceptance. The position requires 10% international travel. Hybrid work from home is permitted one day every two weeks.
