About The Position

Knobelsdorff Enterprises (KE) is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to own project performance, including schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction. This role involves leading and developing project teams, managing project schedules, overseeing budgets, and serving as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will maintain a regular job site presence to ensure safety, quality, and progress, drive communication, and identify and execute change orders and risk mitigation strategies. Ensuring project closeout documentation is completed on time and promoting a strong safety culture are also key responsibilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing onsite construction projects (heavy commercial, data centers, or industrial projects required)
• Strong ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project teams
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven experience managing customer expectations and resolving issues
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Experience with project financials, forecasting, and reporting
• Travel is REQUIRED

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Procore, Viewpoint, or similar tools
• Experience managing subcontractors and change orders
