About The Position

Work on advanced electronics recovery, test system development, and manufacturing scale-up. This role supports new SMT line deployment and next-generation electronics lifecycle solutions, including component-level recovery and reuse. You’ll operate with high autonomy and directly impact how products are evaluated, built, and scaled. You will work in a small, high-talent-density engineering team solving complex problems across electronics, manufacturing, and AI. Requirements

  • Strong hands-on electronics experience (PCBAs, sensors, motors, ECUs, etc.)
  • Ability to independently solve complex technical problems
  • Experience in manufacturing or product engineering environments
  • Familiarity with communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet, Modbus)
  • Experience designing, building, or troubleshooting electronic systems
  • 5+ years experience or equivalent practical expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience

  • Experience with test system development

  • Knowledge of remanufacturing or repair processes

Responsibilities

  • Own technical evaluation and engineering strategy for a wide range of electronic products
  • Design and implement test systems for validation and remanufacturing
  • Develop processes to take products from concept through production
  • Lead root cause analysis and drive product/process improvement
  • Interface with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to execute projects
  • Support new SMT line development and manufacturing integration
