Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new customer relationships within targeted industries.
  • Research target accounts and identify decision-makers.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer needs and challenges.
  • Qualify sales opportunities and guide prospects through the sales process.
  • Develop value-based proposals in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Coordinate quotations and support contract negotiations.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry associations.
  • Help ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience after the sale.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, Customer Service, and Product Strategy to deliver exceptional customer solutions.
