About The Position

Card-Monroe Automation is seeking a Full-Time Electrical Panel Builder to join their team in Chattanooga, TN. This onsite role involves building and assembling electrical panels to support innovative automation solutions. The Electrical Panel Builder will play a critical role in the assembly of electrical control panels, junction boxes, and wire harnesses based on engineering prints. Responsibilities include physically assembling, wiring, and testing control panels for industrial equipment, ensuring precision and quality. This involves fabricating controls, mounting components correctly, wiring accurately, and testing thoroughly for optimal performance, all while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Proficiency in troubleshooting panels.
Ability to route and bundle wires and cables to meet industry standards.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
Advanced skills in identifying and resolving issues within control panels.
Accurately interpret engineering drawings to guide the assembly process.
Proficiency in utilizing various tools and software to troubleshoot, plan, and execute tasks.
