About The Position
ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking a Licensed Electrical Manager / Supervisor to oversee quality, compliance, and electrical operations across the Durham and Greensboro markets. This is a leadership role responsible for inspecting work, ensuring code compliance, and supporting field operations while holding and qualifying the company’s electrical license. The company has been serving customers for over 45 years and is the largest provider of residential HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical services in the U.S.
Requirements
- Must hold a Limited or Unlimited Electrical License (required)
- Must reside within the Durham / Greensboro market
- Willing to place license with the company full-time
- Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and codes
- Ability to travel locally between markets

- Prior leadership, supervisory, or inspection experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee and inspect residential electrical work across Durham, Greensboro, and surrounding areas
- Ensure all installations meet local and state electrical codes
- Serve as the qualifying license holder for the company
- Support HVAC and plumbing teams with electrical compliance and installations
- Provide guidance and leadership to technicians in the field
- Maintain high standards for safety, workmanship, and customer satisfaction
