About The Position

Responsible for testing of electronics and complete analyzer assemblies. Perform visual inspection of all incoming electronics. Perform troubleshooting on non-functioning electronics. Maintain testing records of new and returned analyzers. Solder electrical components. Perform testing as directed by Engineers and Management. Performing gas testing of analyzers.

Requirements

• Ability to use measuring tools, power, and hand tools.
• Ability to read and follow testing procedures/drawings/blueprints.
• 1 year of electronic experience required.
• 1 year experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to communicate with management.
• Ability to read/write/communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all logs including production maintenance and calibration.
• Responsible for final qualification of analyzers and sensors.
• Communicate with sales regarding returned analyzers.
• Perform R&D testing and report testing data to engineers and manager.
• Ensure assemblies are built to specifications dictated by assembly drawing and procedures.
• Always keep workstation, testing area, and production floor clean and organized.
