Leitner-Poma of America, Inc. is on the hunt for a dynamic, self-driven individual to join our team and travel across North America, bringing cutting-edge electrical systems to life for ropeway transportation! WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Your role as an Electrical Installation Technician II will take you across all of North America, installing vital electrical systems for our ropeway transportation projects. You’ll showcase your technical skills through hands-on work in EMT bending, cable pulling, and conductor termination from control wires to motor leads. Take advantage of the opportunity to work with an experienced team that values innovation, precision, safety, and excellence! This is a full-time, hourly position hiring at $26.00-$34.00 per hour based on relevant experience & certifications. Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 years of electrical construction and installation experience, including AC & DC drives and PLC controls (Allen Bradley and ABB).
  • Ability to travel domestically & internationally as needed, with a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions, and at elevations in excess of 10,000 feet.
  • Authorized to work in the United States of America.
  • Proficient in the English language.

Nice To Haves

  • Journeyman Electrician certification.
  • 3 or more years of electrical construction and installation experience, including AC & DC drives and PLC controls (Allen Bradley and ABB).
  • Previous experience operating equipment such as an all-terrain forklift.
  • Experience installing self-supporting cable systems.
  • Basic rigging experience.

Responsibilities

  • Install vital electrical systems for ropeway transportation projects across North America.
