If you take pride in running a job from start to finish, this is your crew. Lead the Charge: Run 1-day residential HVAC installations (furnaces, heat pumps, AC, ductless) from start to finish. Build It Right: Fabricate multi-kick transitions, offset fittings, and base cans. Master refrigeration line brazing and sheet metal transitions. Mentor the Team: Supervise and support install helpers, helping trainees grow their skills. Deliver Excellence: Ensure every job is clean, efficient, and meets strict company and manufacturer standards. Connect with Customers: Communicate clearly with homeowners about system operation and job expectations. Safety First: Maintain a spotless, safe job site in all weather conditions.

Requirements

3+ years installing HVAC equipment.
Proficient in duct design, layout, full fabrication, and system startups (including zoning).
The ability to guide a crew and foster growth in others.
Strong verbal skills to explain technical details to customers.
Comfortable lifting heavy equipment, climbing ladders, and working in tight spaces.
Valid driver's license with a clean record.
Ability to pass a background check.
