Requirements

3+ years installing HVAC equipment.
Proficient in duct design, layout, full fabrication, and system startups (including zoning).
The ability to guide a crew and foster growth in others.
Strong verbal skills to explain technical details to customers.
Comfortable lifting heavy equipment, climbing ladders, and working in tight spaces.
Valid driver's license with a clean record and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Run 1-day residential HVAC installations (furnaces, heat pumps, AC, ductless) from start to finish.
Fabricate multi-kick transitions, offset fittings, and base cans.
Master refrigeration line brazing and sheet metal transitions.
Supervise and support install helpers, helping trainees grow their skills.
Ensure every job is clean, efficient, and meets strict company and manufacturer standards.
Communicate clearly with homeowners about system operation and job expectations.
Maintain a spotless, safe job site in all weather conditions.
