Requirements

Residential electrical experience/exposure
Have trainee card
Work a Sunday - Thursday shift
Ability to pass a drug test
Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

Work directly with a journeyman electrician, HVAC installers, and customers.
Exercise critical thinking and technical skills to assist other technicians.
Grab job parts as needed for jobs.
Communicate with the electrician to assist and collaborate.
Exhibit a safety-first mindset and actions when on a job site.
Test electrical circuits & components for continuity, using electrical test equipment.
Replace defective equipment, components & wiring.
Discuss system malfunctions with the journeyman electrician.
Assist HVAC Install team in repairs or services heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems to improve efficiency.
Ensure the customer receives a Five Star experience during the service visit.
