About The Position

This is a temporary project role for an Electrical Infrastructure Project Coordinator located onsite in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The project is estimated to last 12+ months with possible extensions. Candidates must be able to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site and should be available to relocate as required. The role involves supporting project execution across electrical, transmission, substation, and grid compliance programs.

Requirements

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (required)
• Experience with project management, engineering support, or utility/energy projects (0–5+ years)
• Experience with grid compliance or regulated utility programs and/or transmission lines, substations, or power infrastructure
• Experience with MS Project, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

• Experience with utility or related projects
• Experience with substations or transmission assets in field environments
• Experience with consulting or contract-based project work
• Electrical Engineering degree

Responsibilities

• Support project execution across electrical, transmission, substation, and grid compliance programs.
• Develop and maintain schedules, milestones, and action logs using MS Project and/or Smartsheet.
• Coordinate daily with engineering, operations, vendors, and compliance stakeholders to progress work.
• Track and report project risks, issues, costs, and deliverables, and support formal change management.
• Prepare and maintain status reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation for management review.
• Participate in project meetings and occasional site visits, including travel up to 25%.
• Support alignment of project activities with regulatory, safety, and internal compliance requirements.
