The Electrical Fundamentals Instructor will teach foundational technical skills and manage a safe learning environment. This role involves demonstrating and supervising hands-on skills, preparing lesson plans and instructional materials, assessing student progress, maintaining lab equipment, and supporting the development of student employability skills. The instructor will teach between one and nine classroom contact hours per week, verify attendance and participation, submit rolls and grades by deadlines, and attend required faculty activities. Additionally, they will provide one-on-one student tutoring, advise students, foster student engagement, and may voluntarily serve on College committees or sponsor a club. The ability to pass a background screening process and obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card is necessary for employment.
