About The Position

JARS Cannabis is inviting entry-level candidates to join our vibrant team at our Payson location. If you have customer service experience from places like Starbucks, Target, or other retail and food service-oriented positions, we're willing to train you on cannabis and provide an exciting opportunity to grow in the industry. The position requires open availability for full-time employment.

Requirements

Positive, outgoing, and welcoming attitude.
Open availability: able to work morning and evening shifts and holidays with no restraints on your schedule!
Able to work a MINIMUM of 30 hours each week.
High School Diploma/GED.
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and walk for a minimum of 8 hours daily.
Comfortable using a computer for the duration of the shift.
Willingness to learn and self-educate about cannabis trends and products.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Commitment to maintaining a clean workspace.
Basic math skills and computer knowledge.
Ability to move and lift at least 50 lbs.
Personal smartphone required. For iPhone IOS 14 or later and Android OS 4.4 or later are required.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Pass a standard background check.
Undergo a fingerprint background check.

Provide friendly assistance and recommendations on cannabis products to patients and customers.
Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both new and returning clientele.

Complete tasks assigned by management promptly and efficiently.
