About The Position
House of Dank is seeking Budtenders for its Woodward location. The primary responsibility of a Budtender is to deliver exceptional customer service to both medical and recreational clients. This involves building rapport with customers to offer guidance on the potential benefits of various products and cannabis strains tailored to their specific requirements. This role is fundamentally a sales position, with store-wide sales targets and individual sales competitions offering product and cash prizes.
Requirements
- Knowledge of cannabis products, uses, and accessories
- Sales experience
- 21 years or older
- Open availability for varied hours/days, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Actively listen to customer needs/wants
- Advise and suggest products and strains that would coincide with their needs
- Upsell products and sell add-on items to raise average sales
- Explain proper usage of products
- Inform customers about loyalty program
