About The Position

Spark Power Corp USA is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to provide technical expertise, project supervision, and administrative support for operations in the Raleigh, North Carolina area, with travel as needed. The role supervises electrical system installation in accordance with current electrical codes and customer specifications, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently while supporting customers and equipment. The foreman also promotes a positive company image through service quality, professionalism, and a strong sense of urgency.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant electrical experience, preferably in industrial, commercial, and/or institutional sectors.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex industrial installations.
• Familiarity with instrumentation and controls.
• Working knowledge of relevant electrical codes, including NFPA and NEC.
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams thoroughly.
• Excellent communication skills with team members and external customers.
• Strong attention to quality assurance and craftsmanship.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Proficiency with computer programs, including Microsoft programs, email, and time entry.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Nice To Haves

• OSHA 10 certification.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate commitment to workplace safety and lead by example.
• Supervise a variety of electrical construction, maintenance, and service projects for a diverse customer base.
• Install electrical components, including panels, wiring, junction boxes, devices, terminations, and lighting.
• Inspect assigned crew members’ work to ensure high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
• Communicate with customers, determine their needs, formulate plans, communicate plans to the team, and oversee work through completion.
• Prepare reports and communicate with branch staff.
• Make decisions with minimal supervision based on relevant experience and knowledge of codes and regulations.
