About The Position

Nox Group is seeking an experienced Foreman with a strong electrical background to oversee daily operations on assigned construction projects. The role directs project activities and manages production, scheduling, safety, quality control, and administration, while reporting to the Project Superintendent. The Foreman coordinates with field support teams, subcontractors, customers, and other industry professionals to maintain project flow and customer satisfaction. This is a safety-sensitive position subject to applicable policies, including drug testing and background checks. Nox Group is an equal opportunity employer.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of construction, electrical work, electrical systems, and troubleshooting.
• Proficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and OSHA safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Effective communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• At least 5 years of electrical construction experience.
• OSHA-30 card required; Corbins will provide training to obtain one if the candidate does not currently have it.
• Able to potentially lift up to 50 pounds and perform repeated pushing, pulling, carrying, reaching or working above shoulder level, walking, standing, sitting, stooping, kneeling, bending, and climbing.
• May need to operate a motor vehicle, crane, tractor, or similar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities on assigned projects and manage production, scheduling, safety, quality control, and administration.
• Develop a comprehensive project plan using the Corbins Project Plan Development Guidelines.
• Track production for assigned construction projects.
• Collaborate with Field Support teams, including Purchasing, Prefabrication, and Virtual Construction, to maintain project flow.
• Represent Corbins positively when working with customers, trade partners, subcontractors, and other industry professionals.
• Resolve escalated field-related issues professionally and support customer satisfaction.
• Identify project prefabrication opportunities and develop a project kitting plan.
