About The Position

The Electrical Foreman is a leadership role responsible for helping ensure project quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The foreman oversees an assigned electrical scope and manages its material and manpower while working closely with the project superintendent and other trades. The role includes supervising, mentoring, and motivating employees, and using company-provided technology to help complete work on time and exceed customer expectations. Foremen have access to field technologies, including fully equipped iPads, and attend customized training courses at Power Design’s 16,000-square-foot training facility at its headquarters in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience managing a scope and running multimillion-dollar projects for an electrical contractor.
• An active journeyman or master electrician license.
• Proficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and construction safety requirements.
• At least basic computer and writing skills.
