About The Position

Coffman Engineers is seeking an Electrical Engineering Intern for its Raleigh, North Carolina office. The intern will have the opportunity to learn about electrical engineering work focused on electrical, lighting, and telecommunications systems for buildings and industrial facilities. The role also offers an opportunity to increase proficiency in AutoCAD while working in a professional, fast-paced environment. This is an in-person position and is not remote. The intern may work up to 40 hours during school breaks, with flexibility provided for school schedules and demands.

Requirements

Be enrolled as a full-time student in an engineering program at a nationally recognized, accredited college.
Have completed one year of required courses toward an undergraduate engineering degree.
Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Have an understanding of AutoCAD.
Be able to work up to 40 hours during school breaks, with flexibility for school schedules and demands.
Be able to reliably commute to the Raleigh, North Carolina office and attend in person.
Be eligible to work without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities
