Electrical Engineering Co-op - Winter 2027 Term
About The Position
Peter Basso Associates, Inc. is seeking Electrical Engineering Co-ops for the Winter 2027 term to join their team in Troy, Michigan. This co-op program is designed to provide college students with hands-on learning experience and an accurate view into the field of engineering design for building systems. Co-ops will assist engineers and designers with design projects, using software like AutoCAD and Revit on building design and/or renovation projects. Responsibilities may include preparing calculations for building systems and accompanying engineers on project site visits for field surveys and dimensioning of existing systems.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelors' degree in Electrical Engineering
- An interest in Architectural Engineering/Engineering Design
- 2.7 GPA or higher
- Enrolled in an accredited four-year college, pursuing an undergraduate degree in the electrical engineering field
- Able to demonstrate a basic understanding of engineering fundamentals
Nice To Haves
- AutoCAD or Revit Experience
Responsibilities
- Assist engineers and designers with design projects.
