About The Position

This role offers rotational work assignments in various engineering areas based on academic achievement. Students will gain hands-on experience in Engineering Lab, Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE), and Product Engineering. Responsibilities include conducting feasibility studies, assisting in product design and development, performing engineering analysis, failure analysis, and simulations. The co-op program aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the new product development process, ensuring robust products that meet customer requirements.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field
  • Ability to work full-time during the scheduled semester
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided

Nice To Haves

  • Cumulative GPA of 2.50 or higher
  • Ability to return for multiple co-op rotations

Responsibilities

  • Conduct tests using various types of lab equipment.
  • Build circuit board prototypes using through-hole and surface mount technologies.
  • Create schematics and PCB layout used to design embedded circuit boards on CAD.
  • Design, build, and test complete circuit boards.
