Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience, or a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of experience in an Electrical Engineering role.
Spice modeling and analysis, or equivalent.
Digital circuit design with Microcontrollers and communication protocols (SPI/I2C/Serial).
DC-DC power supply circuits.
Component selection and data sheet interpretation.
Cable design.
Experience using standard lab equipment and tools.
Prototyping and debugging circuits in a lab.
Standard Windows applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to learn complex systems quickly and work independently.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong technical communication and presentation skills.

Nice To Haves

Competency in Altium preferred.

Responsibilities

Work with a team in the development of new generation controls solutions and engage in analyses of complex field and manufacturing challenges.
Work with a team to develop new PCBs for system and robot controllers.
Develop Engineering Design Specifications.
Provide technical presentations and engage in cross-functional issue resolution.
Ensure proper documentation, consistent use of processes and systems, and engineering design standards are followed.
Work collaboratively with mechanical and software engineers on complete product solutions.
Priorities for the individual and the team are defined in our on-line project system.
Progress long-term development projects.
Investigate and respond to customer or operations team inquiries or issues.
Provide input at multiple design reviews.
Perform hands-on prototyping or testing in labs.
