Requirements
- Strong experience with Allen Bradley PLCs including programming, troubleshooting, and system integration
- Hands-on experience with HMI, Remote IO, and Rockwell Automation software
- Solid understanding of industrial automation systems and control panel design
- Experience with industrial ethernet communication and machine networking
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems, identify root causes, and implement solutions
- Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial production environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Nice To Haves
- Experience managing contractors and maintenance technicians
- Knowledge of servo systems and motion control
- Experience in designing and developing electrical control systems
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain electrical control systems and industrial equipment
- Program and troubleshoot PLCs to ensure smooth plant operations
- Support automation projects including system upgrades and new implementations
- Analyze and resolve electrical and control system issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance and production
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and reliability
- Assist in managing contractors and coordinating maintenance activities
- Ensure proper documentation of systems, processes, and changes
- Follow safety standards and ensure compliance with industrial regulations
