About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for the electrical architecture and design of custom hardware, moving through the full lifecycle from schematic capture to product bring-up. The ideal candidate thrives in a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating closely with software, mechanical, and production teams to deliver battlefield-ready systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven background in electrical system design, development, and prototype testing.
• Proficiency in CAD software (Altium, Zuken, etc.) and a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on innovation and system optimization.
• Excellent teamwork abilities and the clarity required to operate in a high-speed environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Execute electrical architecture and design of custom hardware, including component selection, schematic capture, and Bill of Materials (BOM) development.
• Design and develop complex PCBs using industry-standard CAD tools such as Altium or Zuken.
• Lead full product bring-up, debugging, troubleshooting, and qualification testing to ensure functionality and quality.
• Coordinate with firmware, mechanical, integration, and manufacturing teams to deliver fully functional, optimized products.
• Direct and coordinate technical documentation, including initial design specifications, assembly drawings, parts lists, and formal test procedures/reports.
• Ensure all designs meet project requirements, industry standards, and regulatory mandates.
