About The Position
The client is seeking an Electrical Engineer for a DIRECT HIRE role in the Wauwatosa, WI, area. This is a long-term need for the company. The engineer will collaborate with engineering and architectural staff, outside consultants, and clients to develop and execute engineering concepts and designs. Responsibilities include providing input during the plan review/permitting process and being available to answer questions from contractors and field staff.
Requirements
- 0-5 Years of Experience in Electrical design experience
- Bachelor's degree in management, engineering, or business is preferred.
- Must be able to lead and develop the electrical team, communicate with the architectural team, overseeing department, budgeting, backlog, and field and office operations.
- Provide leadership, drive process improvements, build relationships with clients and subcontractors.
- A working knowledge of the National Electric Code.
- Basic familiarity with Revit modeling and drafting ability.
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft preferred.
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
