About The Position

A client of Innova is immediately hiring for an Electrical Engineer. This is a Full-time, Contract position with a duration of 12+ Months, located onsite in Berkeley, MO. As an Electrical Engineer, you will utilize engineering processes, methodologies, and tools to create and refine hardware designs, specifications, and architectures for various test stations and systems, ensuring alignment with program requirements and objectives. You will analyze customer and system requirements to develop basic architectural approaches and detailed specifications. You will also support supplier management with make/buy recommendations and other technical services such as fabrication. Integration of products for new systems as well as upgrades to existing equipment in STL and at remote locations will be part of your responsibilities. You will validate designs through various methods of analysis, peer review, and standalone testing, and provide engineering support to stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of these and existing System Integration Lab (SIL) products.

Requirements

B.Sc. Degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, mathematics, or physics.
The ability to obtain a US Department of Defense security clearance

Nice To Haves

B.Sc. Degree from an accredited course of study in Electrical Engineering.
Active DOD Security Clearance.
Experience in the Aerospace Industry.
Experience within a design/build or test team.
Experience with laboratory test equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.).
Experience with hardware integration and testing.
Experience in working with and developing hardware system of systems architectures.
Experience with Cable Harness designs.
Experience with Siemen’s toolset (Logic Designer, etc.).

Responsibilities
